Essential Qualification
- Security Guard: Matriculation / 10th pass. Min. 2 years’ service in Defence / CAPF / Police / Home Ministry organisations OR 5 years in Govt/PSU via PSARA-licensed agency. Must be physically fit.
- Fire Service Personnel: Matriculation / 10th pass. Min. 2 years’ security/fire service experience OR 5 years via PSARA agency. PLUS Fire Fighting training (30 days) from State/Govt institute; knowledge of extinguishers, hoses, pumps, etc. Desirable: HCV license, Fire Brigade experience, Govt Firefighting Course.
Age Criteria
Cut-off date for age reckoning: 12 September 2025
- Maximum Age: 29 years
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- Ex-Servicemen / Ex-CAPF: service deduction allowed, max 45 years
Contract & Pay
- Stipend: ₹20,000 (1st Year) → ₹23,500 (2nd Year)
- After absorption: Wage Group B, Pay Scale ₹16,900 – 60,650
Absorption is subject to BEML business requirements and not automatic.
Selection Process
Shortlisting based on eligibility → Document Verification → Medical Examination. Final selection subject to medical fitness and document authenticity.
